Presented as recovered media from Earth E-431, Kingmakers is the theme song for a fictional international spy thriller centered on The Regent, an elite operative serving a clandestine intelligence organization known as The Directorate.
But The Regent is about to discover that even the world’s most powerful agencies may answer to someone else.

They are known only as the Kingmakers.
When The Regent uncovers evidence of their existence, his investigation becomes a race through a world of hidden alliances, political manipulation, cybernetic assassins, compromised intelligence networks, and carefully manufactured conflicts.

Introducing The Regent
The Regent is not a name. It is a codename inherited by the most capable operative within The Directorate.
He exists in the shadows so the public world can remain unchanged.
Highly trained, disciplined, and almost impossible to manipulate, The Regent has spent his career believing that he understands the machinery of global power. The Kingmakers force him to confront a more dangerous possibility: that his victories, his missions, and perhaps even his identity were designed by forces he has never seen.
His investigation places him between two impossible choices.

New characters from the GenXsis universe
Kingmakers introduces a growing cast of characters connected to The Regent Series.
Kage, also known as Hayato Kage, is a former Yakuza enforcer transformed into a cybernetic assassin. Loyal, brutal, and nearly impossible to stop, Kage serves as both a weapon of the Kingmakers and a living warning of what happens when human loyalty is converted into programming.
Jade, codenamed Echo, is a young field operative undertaking her first major mission. Brilliant, resourceful, and determined to prove herself, she carries a past that even The Directorate cannot fully verify.
Lilith is one of the Kingmakers’ most dangerous operatives. Intelligent, elegant, and deadly, she does not simply eliminate targets. She studies their desires, weaknesses, and loyalties before turning those qualities against them.
The Director commands The Directorate and understands more about the Kingmakers than he is willing to reveal. Whether he is protecting The Regent or quietly guiding him toward a predetermined outcome remains uncertain.
Behind them stands a wider network of financiers, generals, diplomats, analysts, handlers, technologists, and political operators—each controlling a different part of the global machine.
The sound of KINGMAKERS
The original Kingmakers theme combines cinematic electronics, darkwave atmosphere, modern rock energy, and the grandeur of a classic spy-film title sequence.
At its center is the performance of Vega Sin, whose voice gives the song its sense of elegance, seduction, danger, and emotional tension.
Her performance reflects the world of the film itself: polished on the surface, threatening underneath, and never entirely trustworthy.
The result is not simply a song inspired by a fictional movie. It is designed to feel like a surviving artifact from that movie—a title theme recovered from another version of Earth.
Expanding the CMD.EXE mythology
The expanded GenXsis universe allows CMD.EXE to explore stories beyond the central narrative of artificial intelligence, EVA, Mother, and the end of Earth.
These recovered films, alternate timelines, characters, and fragments exist as connected transmissions from different realities. Some may appear to stand alone. Others may eventually reveal deeper connections to GenXsis Technologies, The Directorate, and the larger architecture behind the CMD.EXE universe.
